This information is required by FOSH to deliver its service to you by, among other things, identifying the person enrolling in a course and issuing a certificate of completion to that person. Your email address is required to verify you as a user, communicate information regarding the courses you enroll in, and enable you to reset your password if needed.

Upon registering as a user on the website a profile will be created for you. Your personal information will be securely transferred and shared with FOSH’s learning platform hosted at www.fosh-learning.co.za, where a profile specific to you will be established.

14. Effective date of policy

This Privacy Policy is effective from 08 January 2024 and may be updated from time to time.

The effective date will be displayed on the cookie acceptance pop-up banner to inform website users. If changes are made to this Privacy Policy, the cookie acceptance pop-up banner will be displayed again to returning website visitors to enable them to make an informed choice after reading the updated policy.
